Art Therapist
Art is a constant agent of transformation and is indeed the soul's drive for health.
-Cathy Malchiodi

WHAT IS ART THERAPY?
Art therapy is the practice of incorporating art into the mental health setting. Art can be used in therapy to express emotions, ideas and concepts when words are not easily found. The process of creating art can also be a mode of therapy providing an outlet for a variety of difficulties. The process of art therapy does not depend on artistic talent but focus on the thoughts and meaning depicted through the art process.
